Limited rights to Seller if Buyer defaults
The parties agree that, in the event that this matter does not settle and the Buyer would otherwise be in default of the Contract, the Sellers rights are limited to a right of termination of the contract and the sum of $2,000.00 in full and final satisfaction of all claims between the parties. To remove all doubt, the Seller confirms that Standard Conditions providing for damages upon default are struck out and do not apply.
