Buyer's right to market property once unconditional
Once the contract is unconditional the seller grants the buyer and or the buyer's appointed property manager the right to advertise the property for rent using the photos and or brochures used to market the property for sale. Further the seller shall allow the buyer and or the buyer's appointed property manager access to show potential tenants through the property on three (3) separate occasions upon the buyer or the buyer's appointed property manager providing at least 24 hours oral or written notice of their intention to show the property to perspective tenants.
